The record breaking season of the Commerce High baseball team came to a close Saturday afternoon as Liberty-Eylau captured the 3-A regional semifinal title. The Leopards blanked Commerce 6-0, ending the Tigers season with a record of 27-8. Liberty-Eylau, vying for a second consecutive state title, faces Celina for the Region 2 title. Celina advanced with two wins over Mineola.
