By Scott Harvey

Paris – Reports of suspicious activity and assault result in the arrest of a number of individuals in Paris Wednesday.

21-year-old Albert Baker and 17-year-old Miguel Scales, both of Paris, were questioned following a call in the 2500 block of East Cherry. The two were taken into custody after officers found them both in possession of stolen property from previous vehicle break-ins.

An alleged assault resulted in the arrest of four Paris men; 18-year-old Kraigen Coulter, 17-year-old Gregory Fuller and 19-year-old Ladarious Patterson. Another juvenile male was also taken into custody but had since been released. A brief investigation found a victim had been jumped by the four males in the 200 block of North Main and had some cash stolen.
