Sulphur Springs – Tuesday night's agenda of the Sulphur Springs City Council includes a number of budget related measures.
Following two public hearings held last week, the council tonight is prepared to set the 2009-2010 tax rate. The proposed a tax rate of $.44 per $100 valuation is the same rate as last year.
Council will also consider a first reading setting the new water, sewer and sanitation rates.
