Quinlan – A Quinlan-area man is appointed an attorney in connection to an aggravated assault against a public servant.
A hearing is now set for Monday for Jeffery Fagan, who is still seeking a reduction in his $100,000 bond.
Fagan is said to have assaulted a public servant at his home in Hawk Cove on September 16. Sheriff's deputies were dispatched to the scene to a report of a suicidal suspect inside Fagan's residence.
