Greenville – Jury selection is scheduled this week in a Hunt County capital murder case, where the defendant is facing a possible death sentence if convicted.
Jury selection is today for 27-year-old John William, with opening arguments and the start of testimony set for next week.
Trotman remains in custody at the Hunt County Jail in lieu of $1 million bond in connection with the November, 2007 death of Ryon Rhoden, of Greenville. He has pleaded not guilty.
Trotman was arrested following a reported combination robbery and homicide in the 3700 block of Bourland Street.
