Sulphur Springs – The Sulphur Springs City Council meets Tuesday night to consider applying a couple of major grants toward facility improvements.
One is a $200,000 EPA grant to help with the removal of asbestos and lead-based paint from the old public library building.
Council will also consider applying for a $50,000 grant for improvements at the water plant.
Tuesday nights' meeting begins at 7pm.
