Sulphur Springs – A 20 year prison sentence is handed down for 52-year-old Richard Edward Waldrep, who reportedly jumped bail.
The Sulphur Springs man was also given 2 years in a state jail for interfering with child custody.
5 counts of aggravated sexual assault of a girl under the age of 17 were dismissed.
