Suspect's sketches released in area church fires

By Scott Harvey

– Sketches have been released of three persons of interest in the recent rash of East Texas church fires.

At least one and possibly another of the men have tattoos of a flame on their neck. Nine churches have been deliberately set on fire in the region since January 1.

Those sketches are avaiable at http://www.atf.gov/press/releases/2010/02/021210-dal-arson-task-force-releases-sketches.html

Meanwhile, a small fire at the International Outreach Church in Wills Point Sunday morning is not related to the recent string of fires.

An A.T.F. official said it was a small fire which was believed to have been set by a teenager in the church's youth area.
