By Brad Kellar

Greenville – Bond has been reduced for a Dallas man, charged in a series of drive-by shootings in Campbell and Cumby.

On Monday, a judge lowered Nicholas William Terry's bond from $100,000 to $25,000 cash or surety. Terry has pleaded not guilty.

He was placed into custody on June 8 and charged with deadly conduct by discharging a firearm.

No one was injured when Terry allegedly fired at or in the direction of a building and or habitation in November 2009.
