Sulphur Springs – The intoxication manslaughter of 24-year old James Blake Spinks is scheduled to begin Monday.
Spinks, of Yantis, is charged in the June 2009 death of 21-year-old Nathan Paul Spatero. Spatero was killed in a hit-and-run accident on Industrial Drive in Sulphur Springs.
Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the accident.
