Van Zandt County – A motorcyclist is dead after losing control of his bike and striking a pickup truck head on in Van Zandt County.
32-year-old Eric Hall of Ben Wheeler, was pronounced dead at the scene. State Troopers say Hall lost control on a curve and drifted into oncoming traffic.
The driver of the pickup truck, 42-year-old Rickey Massie of Mineola, was hospitalized with minor injuries.
