Sulphur Springs – A Sulphur Springs physician has voluntarily surrendered his license following allegations he improperly treated a patient.
The Texas Medical Board says that Dr. Tom Korn failed to treat a patient according to the generally accepted standard of care.
Korn permanently surrendered his license to the Board, and his privileges at Hopkins County Memorial Hospital were revoked.
