Greenville council to again take up L-3 issue

By Brad Kellar

Greenville – More talks are planned about L-3 during the executive session of Tuesday's Greenville City Council meeting.

The agenda calls for discussion on L-3's pending lawsuit against the City regarding a re-plat of airport property and an economic development discussion on L-3. Should the council take any action on the items they will be done in open session.

Last month, a judge ruled L-3 attorneys would take oral depositions from City Manager Steven Alexander and Mayor Tom Oliver would concerning the dispute, and also ordered a continuance on several additional motions pending in the case.
