Annual events set for this April

With the Spring brings more weekend events in Delta County. For this weekend the Masonic Lodge #1240 will be hosting their annual egg hunt on Saturday morning, April 4 at 9 a.m. at the City Park in Cooper. There were will be hundreds of eggs for children to hunt and maybe even a surprise visit from the Easter bunny too!

Finish Saturday off with an all-you-can-eat stew supper at the Enloe Community Center from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Adult tickets are $5 and children $3. Plus pick up those last minute baked goods for Easter at their bake sale. All proceeds benefit the Enloe Volunteer Fire Department.

The following weekend on Saturday, April 11 will be the Delta County Fair and Livestock Show with events spanning all day from 8 a.m. until the afternoon with the tractor pull starting at 2 p.m.

On Saturday, April 18 the Delta Country Club is hosting their 2015 Annual Membership Meeting starting at 9 a.m. They will be electing new officers.

On Saturday, April 25 will be the Klondike Volunteer Fire Department Fish Fry at the West Delta Community Center from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. with adult tickets at $10 each.
