Focus Features

This week Alice takes a look at Black or White, a story about a little girl in the middle of a custody battle between her grandparents who are played by Kevin Costner and Octavia Spencer, Black Sea, a thriller by award-winning director Kevin McDonald starring Jude Law, and Mommy, a French-Canadian movie about a struggling parent just trying to get through life with her son. She would recommend all of them, but Black or White isn't her favorite.
