HENDERSON COUNTY - State Troopers say a vehicle driven by 41-year-old Phillip Rodnye Storey left the roadway and overturned Saturday evening.
Storey, a resident of Kemp, was pronounced dead at the scene. He was said to have not been wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
The accident occurred along FM 85 about four miles west of Seven Points.
