Hunt County voters will decide the fate of a bond measure in the upcoming Nov. 5 election. If approved, the bond would fun new emergency-care facilities in Commerce and Quinlan. In this audio clip, Hunt Regional Healthcare CEO Richard Carter explains the plans.
