Burglar caught in Cooper with $3,500 worth merchandise

Last Wednesday the Delta County Sheriff’s office ended the sticky fingers of Jonathan Adamski, who had stolen jewelry and prescription medication valuing approximately $3,500.

According to the arrest report, Adamski had been residing for the past several months with the Farm-to Market 1880 Cooper resident and owner of the property. The suspect who was arrested for felony theft is from Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

“The Delta County Sheriff’s Office continues to focus on theft related crimes. Over the last year we have made over 30 theft and burglary related arrests,” stated Delta County Sheriff Ricky Smith.

Delta County Chief Deputy Donnie Willingham, Investigator Ryan Brown and Deputy Zack Steward led the investigation that resulted in the arrest.
