It's rose-pruning time

Hunt County Master Gardener Stephanie Suesan Smith says now is the time to prune rose bushes, at least the ones that bloom several times from spring to fall.  Climbing roses and others that bloom only once should not be pruned until after they bloom, Stephanie says.  Also, the deadline to register for a landscape design class starting March 3rd is this Friday, February 20.
