State Senate considers tightening laws against synthetic drugs

The Texas Senate is considering legislation to strengthen the law against synthetic drugs such as "K2" or "Spice" and "bath salts."  Dr. LaVelle Hendricks, associate professor of counseling at Texas A&M University-Commerce, says the effects of substances are terrible.
