The executive director of the Hunt County United Way, Frances Dalbey, says CASA (Court-Appointed Special Advocates) is seeking new volunteers to represent children in child-custody cases that go to court. Frances also says the United Way's "Little Libraries" program is expanding, with new locations in Celeste and Greenville.
