Hunt Regional Emergency Center approaches completion, open house May 17

Caleb Slinkard, editor of the Herald-Banner and the Commerce Journal, reports the Hunt Regional Emergency Center in Commerce is targeted to open May 18, with an open house scheduled the evening of May 17.  And Caleb discusses  the rising water level at Lake Tawakoni, which, at least for the time being, will save the city of Greenville from having to install a new intake pump equipment.
