The Commerce Chamber of Commerce recently named Becky Thompson, co-owner of the Commerce Veterinary Clinic, as the city's Citizen of the Year. Chamber manager Paul Voss says the chamber and the city are considering the construction of an amphitheater in the location of the Farmers' Market on Bonham Alley in downtown Commerce.
