Effective immediately Delta County is under a burn ban.
Delta County Judge Jason Murray has implemented the burn ban due to lack of rain the County has experienced the last six weeks.
This drought has increased the grass fire risks. Citizens are urged use extra caution to help prevent any uncontrolled fires.
