'Soft' Skills Needed To Succeed By 2020

Rick Miller of the Center for Applied Leadership reflects on a Forbes article listing the personal skills needed to be successful in the marketplace by the year 2020.  Among the skills are "sensemaking" (connecting things into new ideas) and "social intelligence" (connecting with people and asking the right questions).
