Tipitina's Inviting Artists, Musicians To Visit

Rick Parent, the director of the Tipitina's Creative Co-op on College Street in east Commerce, says the facility is ready to receive visitors and begin scheduling activities.  Rick is inviting artists and musicians to schedule lessons and other group activities there.  For now, Tipitina's will operate in an external building on the campus of the old A.L. Day Elementary School, although renovation work continues on the main building.  Tipitina'sis a non-profit foundation based in New Orleans.
