The director of the Hunt Regional Emergency Centersin Commerce and Quinlan, Kim Saenz, says they've seen a 25 percent increase this year in flu cases.  She says they've seen as many as 82 flu cases in a day at the Emergency Center in Quinlan.  She says the flu may continue well into the spring or even the summer, and advises people who have not had a flu shot to get one.  Kim says avoid the pharmacy if you can because that's where people who are sick go to get medicine.
