Texas Ranks 3rd In U.S. Economic Freedom

Texas A&M-Commerce economics professor Dr. Dale Funderburk reflects on a report that Texas has fallen from first among the states in economic freedom to third, behind no. 1 Florida and no. 2 new Hampshire.  The report, "Economic Freedom of North America" from the Fraser Institute notes that states with high economic freedom rank far above average in per capita income and population growth.
