Dr. Nick Patras, director of the Texas A&M-Commerce Counseling Center, considers a recent USA Todayarticle, "Five Ways You Can Stay In Control of Your Life During the Covid-19 Pandemic."  One way is keeping a "to-do" list of things to do with your time each day.  Dr. Patras also recommends limiting the amount of time you watch or listen to the news about the coronavirus situation.
