Commerce Council Makes Plans For Water & Wastewater Plant Improvements; Dog Park Approved

Commerce Mayor Wyman Williams says the City Council has completed plans for major improvements to the city's water and wastewater treatment plants. Also, the council has finalized plans for a dog park adjacent to the City Park at the corner of Park and Maple Streets.
