COMMERCE - Two people have filed for the position of Commerce Mayor, while an incumbent is seeking reelection in the city.
Coby Marcum and John Balloti have submitted the paperwork to appear as a candidate for mayor on the May 12 ballot. Council Place 4 Incumbent Sue Davis has also made official her intention to serve another term.
Filing for area council, school board and hospital board positions continues through March 5.
