Lone Oak – Authorities are investigating a reported assault at a local treatment center near Lone Oak.
Staff at the Thompson's Residential Treatment Center on FM 1564 were reportedly assaulted last Thursday night by residents at the facility.
Four juveniles were taken into custody for assault family violence. Their names were not released due to their ages. Three other youth were transported to a hospital with minor injuries and released.
Thompson's works to provide troubled juveniles with knowledge and life skills necessary to thrive in today's society.
