Guilty plea issued in intoxication manslaughter case

PARIS - A Paris man has been sentenced to 40 years behind bars after pleading guilty to intoxication manslaughter. 

50-year-old Milton Baker Jr. admitted to being under the influence in a September wreck in Paris that claimed the life of 56-year-old Clemmie Yates Brown. 

Baker must serve at least 20 years before becoming eligible for parole. At the time of the accident Baker was on parole for DWI.
