Commerce – Commerce Mayor Quay Throgmorton Tuesday night presented Texas A&M University-Commerce Athletic Director Carlton Cooper a proclamation honoring Harvey Martin Week.
Harvey Martin Week begins Monday to mark the events leading up to the 2nd Annual Harvey Martin Classic next weekend, which include a press conference, luncheon, golf tournament and tailgate party.
