Hunt County – A Hunt County man remains in jail on charges of illegal dumping for commercial purposes, a state jail felony. 33 year old Dustin Willcuts was arrested Tuesday for dumping construction materials on his property near Poetry. His bail has been set at $5,000. He could face 2 years in jail and a $10,000 fine for that charge.
Willcuts may also be charged with Dumping Adjacent to a Waterway, which carries a penalty of up to 5 years in prison and up to a $100,000 fine.
