Sulphur Springs – A high-speed chase Wednesday that began in Sulphur Springs ended when the suspect wrecked his vehicle and was killed. The chase began early yesterday morning along I-30 in Sulphur Springs when a Tyler man failed to stop for police. The ensuing chase reached speeds of 100mph or more and led officials through Franklin, Titus, and Morris Counties before the man wrecked his car and was killed in Bowie County.
The suspect's identity has not been released.
