Greenville – There will not be a jury trial in connection with a reported aggravated robbery in Greenville. Lakisha Denise Budgewater of Lancaster has waived a jury trial in connection to the crime. She's is now scheduled for a trial on Sept. 30. Budgewater pleaded not guilty in March to a charge of aggravated robbery. She was alleged to have used a knife to threaten a female victim and steal a jacket, a cell phone and a backpack in March of last year.
