Arrest warrants issued for Hunt County men

Hunt County – Arrest warrants have been ordered for men in Hunt County oil and gas scandal.

Donald Joseph Dean, 44, of Tyler; Michael Day Lamont, 30, of Allen; and Carl Tinsley Ratner, 52, address unknown, were indicted by the Hunt County grand jury on March 27. for engaging in organized criminal activity, acting as an unregistered dealer and selling unregistered securities. Dean and Ratner were also indicted on securities fraud.

In addition to the issuance of the arrest warrants, a judge also last week set $100,000 bond on each of the charges for each defendant, none of whom were in custody at the Hunt County Jail as of Friday.
