Greenville – A Florida woman is expected to plead guilty Tuesday to possessing more than 200 pounds of marijuana in January 2009.
Raquel Richardson, of Miami, had been scheduled for trial Monday. She's now set to appear in court Tuesday and enter an open plea of guilty.
An open plea means no potential sentence in the case had been offered or arranged.
Greenville Police Department Officer Robert Pemberton made a traffic stop on Richardson's vehicle on January 27, 2009 and discovered the drugs inside.
