Harle transferred to face upcoming sentencing

By Scott Harvey

Greenville – Windy Yvonne Harle of Commerce has been transferred from Hopkins County to Hunt County to face charges of injury to a child and identity fraud.

The 35-year-old Harle was also sentenced this week to two years in prison for possession of a controlled substance and one year from credit card abuse.

Harle was indicted in April on the injury to a child count. She was arrested in June 2009 following a reported disturbance in the 2300 block of Bois D'Arc Street.

Harle was alleged to have used a baseball bat to threaten a man who was carrying an infant child. During the struggle, the infant boy was pulled from his carrier and suffered minor injuries.
