Greenville – A Dallas man has pleaded guilty to being the trigger man in the offense last fall, which damaged a residence in Campbell.
Nicholas William Terry was placed on 10 years probation and fined $1,000 after entering the guilty plea for deadly conduct by discharging a firearm.
Terry was also scheduled for community service and ordered to pay $500 in restitution.
He was alleged to have fired at or in the direction of a building and/or habitation in November 2009.
A residence and a trailer in the 1100 block Patterson in Campbell was hit by a round from a 9mm handgun during the night.
