– State Representative for District 2 Dan Flynn, of Van, and two other East Texas representatives have joined a nationwide taskforce to eliminate what they call the misapplication of the 14th amendment, which gives citizenship to anyone born in the United States.
They say the amendment has been used to secure citizenship for the children of illegal aliens and their families.
They also claim it allows them to secure illegal benefits, residency and American jobs for themselves and for their families.
