Bonham – The City of Bonham will hold a public reception Monday for newly appointed Fire Chief Brad Nichols.
He replaces former Chief Bill Palya. Nichols has served with the department since 1993, and for the past several months had been acting fire chief.
Monday's reception is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. at the North Fire Station located at 2509 North Center Street.
