Paris – A Lamar County man is arrested after allegedly stealing a television from the Paris Rent-A-Center.
The merchandise was located inside the vehicle of 43-year-old Darrell Fitzgerald Kearney, of Powderly, after he was stopped by police Monday evening.
A witness reported seeing a dark colored SUV leaving the area of the burglary and traveling at a high rate of speed. After locating and stopping the vehicle, police discovered Kearney in possession of a stolen TV.
