Mormon women can wear new sacred undergarments. Some wonder: Why now?

Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints have a new clothing option: sleeveless sacred undergarments. It's the time the faith has offered religious clothing without sleeves. Many Mormon women are celebrating. Others say the all-male church leadership should have listened to them sooner.
