After a lengthy rest and rehabilitation period for his voice, Cas Haley is back with a new album, a different record label, and a fresh outlook on music and life.

Cas cut his teeth in Northeast Texas in his early band Woodbelly, then shot to international recognition after his breakout performance on television's America's Got Talent in 2007. Numerous albums later, Cas is renowned for his roots and reggae sounds, and for making music his way.

A recent voice setback kept him from singing and touring for a full year, but Haley is back. Now he's with Jimmy Buffett's Mailboat Records on his new More Music More Family album- a motto which he is taking to heart on his current tour with his family and band, as Cas described during a recent interview on KETR.

Cas Haley performs locally in Dallas on Thursday, Dec. 17, and Paris on Dec. 20th. Details at Cas' website.

Notably Texan is heard weekdays from Noon - 3pm on KETR.
