GREENVILLE - As part of a plea deal, Susan Christie Brown was ordered to ten years of probation, 30 days in jail, fined $1,500 and will have to complete 200 hours of community service.
Brown was alleged to have been intoxicated when she drove a vehicle off a roadway and crashed in June 2010, causing serious bodily injury to a male passenger. Also in the car at the time were one male and one female child.
Two counts of driving while intoxicated with a child passenger were dismissed as part of the plea agreement.
