GREENVILLE - Jury selection begins Monday in Hunt County in the capital murder trial of Tracie Danielle Alphin.

Alphin, of Quinlan, has pleaded not guilty to her alleged involvement in the 2008 murder of Jason Harrington.

Her alleged co-actor, David Earl Hickman of Royse City, pleaded guilty last month to a lesser charge and received a life prison sentence. Hickman is scheduled to testify against Alphin in the trial. She’s facing a maximum punishment of life in prison without parole.

Harrington’s death is alleged to have occurred while both Alphin and Hickman were in the course of committing a robbery.
