PATTONVILLE - One of three burglary suspects was slightly wounded after taking fire from a Lamar County business owner.
John Mark Semple, Kasey Dean Langston, and Leah Ruthann Pedersen were arrested after their vehicle got stuck in an open field while attempting to flee Saturday.
The owner of the business, located in the Pattonville area, told deputies he shot at the suspects fearing they were there to do harm. It was reportedly the second time the three had arrived at the business that night, having first been scared off when the owner turned on an inside light.
