A Texas principal is being reassigned for the rest of the semester. Douglas Williams is accused of pinching some students of Dunbar High. Fort Worth schools spokesman Clint Bond says an investigation found no evidence of sexual impropriety, but that Williams’ leadership effectiveness at Dunbar High has been compromised.
